We don't generate cheap leads. We generate booked, pre-qualified, high-intent patients for our clinic partners. We handle everything end-to-end --- from ad creation and media buying to lead nurturing via our proprietary AquosCRM, all the way to pre-qualification and direct calendar booking. Our core promise is predictable patient flow and high ROI, without the clinic needing to manage marketing or sales.
We are growing fast, and as our client base expands, we need an elite Senior Account Executive to take ownership of our existing book of business, ensure client success, and drive expansion revenue.
The Role
We are looking for a highly strategic Senior Account Executive to manage, retain, and upsell our existing portfolio of high-ticket medical clinic clients. You are not hunting for net-new business. Instead, you are stepping into warm, established relationships with clinic owners who are already using our system.
Your primary objective is twofold: (1) Ensure clients are seeing massive ROI and adopting our systems fully, and (2) Strategically upsell them into higher-tier packages, additional services, and long-term renewals. You must be an expert at building deep trust, running quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and seamlessly transitioning value-driven conversations into expansion sales.
What You Will Do
You will own a dedicated book of business, acting as the primary strategic point of contact for clinic owners. You will conduct regular performance reviews, analyzing campaign data and CRM metrics to prove ROI and identify areas for growth.
You will proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities --- moving clients from standard packages into premium, performance-based tiers or adding complementary services. You will handle renewal negotiations, overcoming objections by clearly demonstrating the financial impact our system has delivered. You will collaborate closely with our Media Buying and Setter teams to ensure campaign performance aligns with the expectations you set with the client.
What We Actually Care About
We care about Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Expansion Revenue. We expect you to proactively drive upsells rather than waiting for clients to ask for more. You must be able to have tough, consultative conversations with business owners about their internal sales processes or lead follow-up.
You must be a master of relationship-led selling --- you don't just "check in," you bring strategic value to every call. Your success will be measured by your ability to keep churn low and drive the average lifetime value (LTV) of your book of business as high as possible.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven, documented track record in B2B Account Management, Customer Success, or an Upsell-focused Sales role (ideally within a marketing agency, SaaS, or high-ticket consulting environment).
- Experience managing a high-value book of business and carrying a quota for renewals and expansion revenue.
- Highly analytical, comfortable reading marketing reports, CRM data, and ROI metrics, and translating that data into a compelling sales narrative.
- Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with high-level medical professionals and clinic owners.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (specifically GoHighLevel/AquosCRM) is required.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, performance-driven environment.
- US business hours availability is required (CST preferred).
