We are an established IT services firm with a 30 person delivery team, built over several years of delivering turnkey technology projects and staffing solutions. Our roots are in India where we've developed deep delivery capabilities across (healthcare IT / fintech), and we have a long-standing US client relationship that speaks to the quality of what we deliver.
We're now at an inflection point. We're ready to invest seriously in growing our US presence --- and we're looking for the right person to lead that charge.
The Opportunity
This is a ground floor leadership role. You won't be inheriting someone else's territory or working a warm pipeline. You'll be building the US business from the ground up --- with the full backing of an experienced delivery team behind you.

In phase one you own US outreach end-to-end. As you generate results, you'll hire and lead a small US team under you. This is a path to heading our US practice.
What You'll Do
- Own all US business development --- outbound outreach, agency partnerships, direct client acquisition
- Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market US companies (100--1,000 employees) needing IT staffing and consulting
- Develop relationships with HR Directors, IT Managers, VPs of Engineering, and Procurement leads
- Establish vendor partnerships with boutique US staffing agencies
- Represent the company at networking events and industry meetups
- Work closely with our India delivery team to ensure seamless handoff and client satisfaction
- Recruit and lead a small US BD team as the pipeline grows
What We're Looking For
- 5--8 years of IT staffing sales experience in the US market
- A real network --- hiring managers, HR contacts, or agency relationships you can activate
- Entrepreneurial mindset --- comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
- High ambition --- someone who's done well at a larger firm but wants ownership and upside
- Location: Based anywhere in the US; ideally (target metro if applicable)
- Specialization: Experience in healthcare IT or fintech staffing strongly preferred
