What You'll Be Doing
- Recruit and place Primary Care and/or Pediatric providers
- Build and manage your own client relationships
- Run your desk like a business within the business
- Work directly with decision-makers at medical facilities

What We're Looking For
- Recruiting experience (required)
- Experience in Primary Care or Pediatrics (strongly preferred)
- Business Development experience (a plus, not required)
- Self-motivated, driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
Compensation & Schedule
- Monday -- Friday | 8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM (flexibility within your day)
- Commission-driven structure with uncapped earning potential
- Start Date: Immediate
