Lead Intake Specialist

Job Summary

Heritage Builders LLC is a trusted exterior remodeling company headquartered in Monmouth County, NJ, proudly serving homeowners across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, and Delaware. We are looking for a motivated, personable Lead Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers and set our team up for success.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in Reception, Construction sales, roofing sales, or for a people-person who wants a flexible part-time role with real impact. Some weekend availability is required.

What you'll do

• Respond promptly to inbound leads from Facebook, our website, and phone inquiries
• Make outbound calls and follow-up texts when a customer doesn't answer
• Review what the customer submitted in their inquiry form and walk them through our estimate process
• Ask qualifying questions and take detailed notes during each conversation
• Transfer organized lead information to our estimating team for next steps
• Maintain organized records and follow up consistently to keep leads warm

What we're looking for

• Motivated, personable, and genuinely good with people
• Comfortable and confident on the phone and via text
• Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently from home
• Detail-oriented --- accurate note-taking matters in this role
• Previous customer service, sales, or lead handling experience is a plus but not required
• Available for some weekend hours
