Program Coordinator - Contingent Workforce

Our client is a Fortune 500 financial and payments technology company, and leads the industry in innovation, scale, and service. They are now looking to add to their team and are looking to hire a "Program Coordinator". This role will be 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating global workforce transition projects and PMO activities
• Collecting, validating, and analyzing workforce data
• Documenting and improving processes/SOPs
• Supporting Workday/VMS (Magnit) migrations and data integrity
• Partnering with cross-functional global stakeholders
• Supporting TSA exit and operational transition activities

Required Skills:

• Experience in Procurement, HR, TA, or workforce operations
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Process mapping/documentation experience
• PMO/project coordination background
• Workday or HRIS exposure
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Magnit/VMS experience
• Contingent workforce knowledge
• Global transformation/migration exposure

This is a remote position. Compensation: $35.00 per hour
