We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking Word and PDF Experts to work on a contract basis. This role involves processing and verifying documents in Word and PDF formats to ensure accuracy and compliance with formatting standards.
- Role: Document Formatting Specialist (Remote)
- Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
- Job Type: Contract
- Payout: $20 - $55/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Review and edit Word and PDF documents to correct formatting, spelling, and grammatical errors.
- Ensure documents meet client-specific formatting guidelines and industry standards.
- Convert documents between formats (e.g., Word to PDF) while preserving layout and content integrity.
- Verify document accuracy, including data entry, tables, and references.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and maintain document consistency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat or equivalent PDF editing tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors in text and formatting.
- Experience with document conversion and ensuring fidelity between formats.
- Familiarity with industry-standard formatting rules for legal, technical, or business documents.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
