Remote Dispositions Associate (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,600 -- $1,800 USD/month plus incentive (bonus per deal closed for example).

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm ET, with some flexibility due to transactions across the US in different time zones.

About the Role

Our Client is seeking a Dispositions Associate to work directly alongside the Director of Dispositions. This is a dynamic hybrid role that goes beyond backend administrative tasks, combining front-end dispositions support, stakeholder communication, and high-level transaction coordination. The ideal candidate will be an active contributor to the firm's deal flow, managing the lifecycle of a property from the moment it is listed until it is successfully closed. This position is perfect for a highly organized professional who enjoys a mix of CRM management, vendor coordination, and active buyer outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Dispositions & Marketing Support

  • Supports active property marketing strategies and inventory movement in close partnership with the Director of Dispositions.
  • Conducts proactive buyer outreach and manages follow-ups with interested investors.
  • Coordinates with realtors and external vendors to facilitate listings and property showings.
  • Assists with the listing setup process, including MLS management and self-listing protocols.
  • Maintains clear and consistent communication pipelines between all parties involved in the sale.

Transaction Coordination & Execution

  • Manages the end-to-end transaction process from the signed agreement through to the final closing.
  • Maintains meticulous records of proformas, pricing sheets, buyer offers, and essential financial documents.
  • Ensures all contracts, title documents, and legal timelines are organized and updated according to company standards.
  • Tracks the progress of every deal to ensure smooth execution and identifies potential bottlenecks before they impact the closing date.

CRM & Systems Management

  • Maintains clean and accurate records within the CRM (e.g., Follow Up Boss), documenting every buyer interaction and listing status.
  • Manages and updates internal dashboards, trackers, and communication templates to ensure team-wide visibility.
  • Ensures data integrity across all platforms, ensuring that the "source of truth" for every deal is always current.

Required Qualifications

  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable managing external relationships via phone.
  • Organization: A high level of organizational mastery and a "zero-error" approach to detail.
  • Documentation: Strong record-keeping skills with the ability to manage complex files and financial spreadsheets.
  • Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and strict legal timelines simultaneously without losing focus.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in Google Sheets and the ability to learn new CRM and real estate software quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate, specifically within dispositions or transaction coordination.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Follow Up Boss or similar real estate tools.
  • Experience with MLS platforms and the property listing process.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Velocity: Minimizing inventory age and days to disposition.
  • Accuracy: Maintaining 100% CRM data integrity and pricing sheet accuracy.
  • Responsiveness: Achieving rapid response times for buyers, realtors, and internal team requests.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all transactions meet timeline milestones and documentation requirements.
