Marketing & Social Media Manager (Part-Time)

Holistic Wellness & Psychiatry is seeking a part-time Marketing & Social Media Manager to expand our reach across our Cedar Rapids, Iowa and St. Thomas, USVI locations. We are an integrative practice offering a range of services including psychiatry, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, Spravato, functional medicine, and wellness programs. We are looking for a talented individual to help us share our story effectively through digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and grow our Facebook and Instagram presence for both locations.
• Develop and produce engaging content (posts, stories, reels) that aligns with our compassionate, integrative philosophy.
• Ensure a consistent posting schedule and maintain our brand voice.
• Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Provide support for email marketing, blog content creation, and local outreach initiatives as needed.
• Monitor key engagement metrics and compile monthly performance reports.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media for a business or practice. Healthcare or wellness industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to convey a warm, professional tone.
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling platforms.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and operate with minimal supervision.
• A genuine interest in mental health, wellness, and integrative healthcare approaches.
• Preferred qualifications include photography/video skills, familiarity with USVI or Caribbean markets, or knowledge of HIPAA-compliant marketing practices.
