About Impact
Impact created --- and dominates --- a new category in business education. We help wellness coaches, teachers, and experts build profitable personal brands and purpose-led businesses. Our clients change lives. We give them the systems, strategy, and support they need to start, grow, and scale. With over $35M in trackable client revenue and 1,000+ clients across five continents, we're tracking toward $10M in annual company revenue. We're a fully remote, globally distributed team that values clarity, ownership, and results over ego, politics, or guesswork. We're hiring A-players to join our mission and help us scale to the next level.
Role Snapshot
- Role: Marketing Manager
- Type: Full-time
- Location: Remote
- Reports to: Head of Marketing
About the Role
This role exists because Impact's growth is no longer limited by ideas --- it's limited by execution. We run multiple lead generation and revenue campaigns throughout the year, and this role owns making sure those campaigns are planned cleanly, executed fully, and measured honestly. You own the campaign engine end to end.
You're responsible for translating strategy into shipped campaigns. That means building the quarterly campaign calendar, owning timelines, overseeing messaging and copy quality, coordinating across marketing and sales, and making sure nothing stalls or dies in planning. This is not a support role. You are accountable for outcomes --- launches going live, leads coming in, calls booking, and revenue being generated.
We're fully remote with a team spread across five continents. We hire people who take ownership and don't need to be managed --- then give them the space to operate. Feedback is direct. Standards are high. Results matter more than hours logged. If you're used to environments where ownership is fuzzy or execution is slow, this role will feel refreshingly clear.
The upside is leverage. You sit at the center of Impact's growth engine, working directly with leadership on campaigns that materially affect company revenue. You'll sharpen your skills across messaging, funnels, and performance --- while building work that reaches thousands of people and supports businesses that genuinely change lives.
Responsibilities
What you'll do day to day:
- Campaign planning --- Build and own the quarterly campaign calendar across lead generation and revenue initiatives.
- Campaign execution --- Run end-to-end execution of challenges, webinars, workshops, launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Copy ownership --- Write and oversee campaign copy across email, landing pages, and social CTAs to ensure clarity, conversion, and brand alignment.
- Funnel oversight --- Define funnel structure from opt-in through conversion and direct optimization with technical support where needed.
- Performance tracking --- Monitor campaign performance across lead quality, bookings, and revenue and iterate based on real data.
- Stakeholder coordination --- Align marketing, sales, and leadership so campaigns launch cleanly and on schedule.
- Revenue accountability --- Own campaign-level results tied directly to leads generated, calls booked, and revenue contribution.
Requirements
What you must bring to this role.
- Senior marketing experience --- 5+ years owning campaigns with direct accountability for performance.
- Campaign ownership --- Proven experience planning and executing launches, promotions, or recurring campaigns end to end.
- Copywriting ability --- Demonstrated ability to write and evaluate high-performing email, landing page, and promotional copy.
- Funnel fluency --- Strong understanding of conversion flow, funnel structure, and optimization principles.
- Performance literacy --- Comfort reading metrics, identifying issues, and making execution decisions based on data.
- Cross-team execution --- Experience coordinating across marketing and sales to ship work on real timelines.
- Remote-native --- Minimum 2 years in a fully remote role. You've already proven you can deliver without an office, a commute, or someone checking if you're at your desk.

Core Values
Three principles that run through every decision we make. If these don't feel obvious to you, this isn't the right place:
Results Above Everything --- The only sustainable path to a great company is to create real, measurable impact for the people we serve. When they win, we win.
Radical Honesty --- We tell each other the truth --- clearly, directly, and without ego. Feedback isn't personal --- it's how we get better.
Uncompromising Integrity --- What we say publicly matches what we do internally. We don't promise what we can't deliver. Trust is everything.
