Role Overview
InReach Health is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable HR Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team in a fully remote role. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, effective employee benefits administration, and overall support of daily HR operations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in payroll and benefits administration, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
While this is a remote position, we strongly prefer candidates located in Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, or Iowa. Experience with ADP is strongly preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities
Payroll Administration
- Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Review timekeeping records and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare payroll-related reports, audits, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee payroll information.
Benefits Administration
- Administer employee benefit and leave programs.
- Assist employees with benefit enrollments, changes, and questions.
- Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with benefit providers and support annual open enrollment processes.
- Assist with employee leave tracking and related documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Experience with ADP strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll laws, HR practices, and benefits administration.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote setting.
- HR certification or related education is a plus.
- Familiarity with multi-state payroll processing is beneficial.
