Role Overview

InReach Health is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable HR Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team in a fully remote role. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, effective employee benefits administration, and overall support of daily HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in payroll and benefits administration, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

While this is a remote position, we strongly prefer candidates located in Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, or Iowa. Experience with ADP is strongly preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

Payroll Administration

  • Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Review timekeeping records and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports, audits, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee payroll information.

Benefits Administration

  • Administer employee benefit and leave programs.
  • Assist employees with benefit enrollments, changes, and questions.
  • Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate with benefit providers and support annual open enrollment processes.
  • Assist with employee leave tracking and related documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Experience with ADP strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of payroll laws, HR practices, and benefits administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote setting.
  • HR certification or related education is a plus.
  • Familiarity with multi-state payroll processing is beneficial.
