Job Overview
We're hiring licensed Remote Health Insurance Agents to sell private market health insurance products, including fixed indemnity & dental, and vision.
Agents will work pre-qualified leads (no cold calling) in a commission-driven role with weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients
- Recommend private market insurance plans (fixed indemnity, mini-med, dental, vision)
- Educate clients on coverage options and guide them through benefits administration
- Meet or exceed weekly sales goals and performance metrics
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow company policies
- Track sales activity using CRM and lead management tools
Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License
- Licensed in 7 non-resident states
- At least 1 year of sales or telesales experience
- Comfortable with commission-based pay
- Strong communication, sales, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Prior private market or supplemental insurance experience is a plus
Equipment Requirements
- Processor: Intel i5 or higher (or equivalent)
- RAM: 12 GB or higher
- Internet: Hardwired connection with minimum 150 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps download
- Monitors: Dual monitors required
- Headset: USB headset required
