The Role
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to achieve sales forecasts and drive product adoption. You will build relationships with targeted accounts and physicians, coordinating strategies to maximize sales within your assigned territory.
Essential Functions
- Initiate and manage inbound/outbound sales calls and electronic inquiries.
- Handle order fulfillment and administrative tasks as needed.
- Accountable for meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas.
- Build and maintain stable internal and strong external customer relationships.
- Follow standard practices to resolve routine issues and analyze data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college/university.
- 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Proven success in a remote-only sales environment.
- Ability to engage and influence physicians and clinical staff.
- Experience with Salesforce or Veeva is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex product information to healthcare professionals.
- Ability to accept and apply coaching to improve performance.
- High work ethic, reliability, and flexibility to meet business needs.
Compensation and Benefits
The potential base pay range for this role is $32.00-$34.62 per hour. Actual pay varies based on qualifications, experience, location, and schedule. Additional incentive plans, bonuses, and benefits may be available.
