About the Role
IQVIA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Commercial Sales & Medical Solutions (CSMS) team. In this role, you will promote a product specific to the GI space, focusing on achieving sales forecasts and driving product adoption through strategic relationships with physicians and targeted accounts.
Essential Functions
- Initiate and manage inbound and outbound sales calls and electronic inquiries with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas.
- Coordinate sales strategies with team members to maximize territory performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders.
- Handle administrative tasks, including order fulfillment and CRM documentation.
- Follow standard practices to analyze data and resolve routine issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university.
- 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success in a remote-only sales environment.
- Proven ability to engage and influence physicians and clinical prescribers.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex medical information.
- Experience with Salesforce or Veeva is preferred.
- Ability to accept coaching and apply feedback to improve performance.
- High work ethic, reliability, and flexibility to meet business needs.
Compensation and Benefits
The potential base pay range for this role is $30.00 - $32.00 per hour. Actual base pay may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Additional incentive plans, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits may be offered.
