Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Manager at Jane Creative. Candidates must be based in the Eastern Time Zone (EST) to ensure alignment with our team and clients.

  • Build and manage digital media plans across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google
  • Set up, launch, and optimize paid campaigns with a focus on performance and efficiency
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide clear insights and next steps
  • Work with clients to develop email and SMS marketing calendars
  • Provide strategic guidance on lifecycle campaigns and messaging
  • Review performance across email/SMS and recommend optimizations
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and assets
  • Communicate regularly with clients and serve as a day-to-day point of contact
  • Contribute to overall marketing strategy, reporting, and testing roadmaps

This is a hands-on role that requires both execution and strategic thinking. We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing who can take ownership of campaigns and client relationships. This is not an entry-level role, but also does not require someone with 10 years of experience.

Qualifications

  • 2--5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Familiarity with building media plans and optimizing campaign performance
  • Exposure to email and SMS marketing (Klaviyo or similar platforms a plus)
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Strong communication skills, especially in client-facing environments
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
