This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a marketing professional passionate about shaping brand relevance through culture, creators, and social engagement. In this role, you will define and execute a long-term vision for influencer marketing and social media, transforming these channels into key drivers of brand awareness, consumer affinity, and business growth.
Accountabilities
- Develop and lead the long-term influencer marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with evolving consumer behavior, platform innovation, and business priorities.
- Design and execute integrated influencer campaigns across earned, owned, and paid channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Build, manage, and optimize a high-performing creator ecosystem, balancing large-scale partnerships with strategic creator relationships.
- Establish measurement frameworks that connect influencer and social initiatives to full-funnel performance metrics and business outcomes.
- Define and lead a culture-first social media strategy that strengthens brand relevance while driving audience growth and engagement.
- Oversee platform strategy, content direction, community engagement, and emerging channel exploration.
- Partner closely with creative, brand, public relations, and partnership teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing execution.
- Implement tools, automation, and scalable processes that improve operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, or related fields, including leadership responsibilities.
- Proven success developing strategic visions and building scalable influencer and social marketing programs.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, consumer culture, and emerging digital trends.
- Strong ability to translate cultural insights into impactful brand strategies and measurable business results.
- Demonstrated experience leading agency relationships and managing marketing investments effectively.
- Analytical mindset with experience establishing performance frameworks and connecting marketing activity to revenue and growth objectives.
- Strong leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, PR, brand, partnerships, and executive leadership teams.
- Ability to balance creative ambition with operational discipline and business priorities.
- Familiarity with modern marketing technologies, analytics tools, and automation platforms.
