Accountabilities
- Develop and lead comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies across multiple disease states.
- Design and orchestrate integrated customer experiences across digital and non-digital channels.
- Partner closely with HCP marketing, patient marketing, and commercial teams.
- Lead planning, execution, and optimization of omnichannel campaigns.
- Oversee development and governance of omnichannel content and assets.
- Manage media and channel strategy in partnership with agencies.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure performance and optimize engagement.
- Collaborate on defining KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Lead agency partners in execution and content development.
- Support patient engagement initiatives and advocacy partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's preferred.
- At least 15 years of experience in marketing or commercial roles in biopharma.
- Experience developing and executing omnichannel strategies across multiple audiences.
- Proven track record in supporting product launches through integrated marketing.
- Strong leadership and influence skills across cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and analytics.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and complex projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical marketing requirements.
