Job Overview
This role focuses on supporting employees and managers across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and HR systems management. Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $76,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and candidate experience to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Provide day-to-day support on employee relations, including coaching, investigations, conflict resolution, and compliance with employment laws.
- Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS (Workday preferred) and collaborate with payroll for timely processing.
- Support benefits administration, leave of absence management, and employee inquiries.
- Lead HR projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance workflows, efficiency, and employee experience.
- Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to inform HR strategy and organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate training, engagement programs, and culture-building initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience and 2+ years of general HR experience.
- Hands-on experience managing employee relations and workplace investigations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Strong judgment, confidentiality, and ability to work independently in a distributed workforce.
- Preferred: SHRM or HRCI certification, and experience supporting cross-functional or remote teams.
