Accountabilities

• Lead the planning and development of strategic marketing campaigns to support brand growth and client retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
• Create clear and compelling messaging that differentiates our products and services in the marketplace.
• Monitor market conditions and trends to refine marketing tactics and ensure targeting effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects and strategic initiatives while ensuring alignment with overall enterprise strategy.
• Mentor less experienced team members and provide strategic guidance on various marketing programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, including B2B and product marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with strong relationship management capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives within senior management.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
