This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven people analytics professional to shape workforce strategy through impactful insights and scalable reporting solutions. In this role, you will lead employee experience measurement, people analytics initiatives, and workforce reporting programs that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Accountabilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of people analytics initiatives, ensuring stakeholders receive accurate, timely, and actionable workforce insights.
- Own and manage employee lifecycle survey programs, including engagement, experience, feedback, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, workforce reports, and analytics solutions that support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
- Partner with People Business Partners, Finance, Operations, and leadership teams to translate business questions into meaningful analyses and recommendations.
- Build and maintain predictive models focused on workforce planning, retention, attrition risk, hiring forecasts, and employee engagement drivers.
- Establish governance standards for people metrics, data definitions, reporting methodologies, and analytics best practices.
- Improve self-service analytics capabilities by enhancing dashboard usability, adoption, and stakeholder access to workforce insights.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities that streamline reporting processes, reduce manual work, and increase operational efficiency.
- Support workforce planning, performance measurement, and ROI analysis through robust reporting frameworks and data-driven recommendations.
- Present findings and insights to executive audiences through clear narratives, visualizations, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting, workforce analytics, or related data-focused roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing employee survey programs and translating survey data into actionable organizational insights.
- At least 2 years of experience designing and delivering dashboards and reporting solutions for business leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of HR data domains, including headcount, workforce movement, recruitment metrics, attrition, engagement, diversity metrics, and organizational effectiveness.
- Advanced SQL or equivalent data querying skills with experience in data preparation, validation, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and insight-driven recommendations that influence decision-making.
- Strong understanding of survey methodology, statistical analysis, and driver analysis techniques.
- Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and workforce analytics tools is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with employee experience platforms such as Qualtrics, Peakon, Culture Amp, or similar solutions is preferred.
- Experience with Tableau, Looker, Python, R, or other analytics and visualization tools is considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and stakeholder service.
