++Compensation & Benefits++

  • Salary: $75,000 - $500,000 per year
  • Compensation Plan: Competitive base salary, commissions, and quarterly/annual bonuses.
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental + Vision (100% employer-paid for employee, 50% for dependents). Choice of PPO or HMO Platinum Plan.
  • PTO: Unlimited PTO plan.

Job Details

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. New Business Development: Utilize sales skills to acquire and retain clients in the technology industry.
  2. Recruitment: Leverage our tech stack, including the custom ATS Jax, to find and place candidates.
  3. Lead with Kindness + Respect.

What We're Looking For:

Required:

  • Staffing Agency Experience: 2+ years of current or recent experience in the staffing industry.
  • Full-Desk Recruiting Expertise: Proven ability in both client development and candidate placement.
  • Pipeline Development & Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining strong candidate and client pipelines.
  • Strategic Prospecting & Account Management: Ability to prioritize outreach and expand relationships effectively.
  • Performance & Revenue Accountability: Demonstrated success in meeting placement goals, revenue targets, and key performance metrics.

Preferred:

  • Industry Specialization: Experience recruiting specifically in the technology sector.
  • ATS Proficiency: Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce).
  • Revenue & Performance Analytics: Understanding of net billing, placement revenue, gross profit tracking, and performance analysis.
