Requirements:

  • 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns (search, Performance Max, and display)
  • Proven experience driving lead generation and revenue for services businesses and/or e-commerce brands
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, audiences, and conversion tracking
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio or similar reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize work, and hit performance targets in a remote environment
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with a test-and-learn mindset
  • Google Ads certification or equivalent experience (nice to have)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, structure, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, Performance Max, and display for multiple clients
  • Conduct ongoing keyword, audience, and negative keyword research to improve efficiency and scale
  • Implement and QA conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager in collaboration with developers and clients
  • Create, test, and refine ad copy, extensions, and landing page experiences to improve CTR and conversion rate
  • Monitor budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure campaigns stay on target for CPL, CPA, and ROAS goals
  • Prepare clear performance reports and insight-driven recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with new Google Ads features, beta programs, and best practices, sharing learnings with the team
