Requirements:
- 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns (search, Performance Max, and display)
- Proven experience driving lead generation and revenue for services businesses and/or e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, audiences, and conversion tracking
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio or similar reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize work, and hit performance targets in a remote environment
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with a test-and-learn mindset
- Google Ads certification or equivalent experience (nice to have)
Responsibilities:
- Plan, structure, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, Performance Max, and display for multiple clients
- Conduct ongoing keyword, audience, and negative keyword research to improve efficiency and scale
- Implement and QA conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager in collaboration with developers and clients
- Create, test, and refine ad copy, extensions, and landing page experiences to improve CTR and conversion rate
- Monitor budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure campaigns stay on target for CPL, CPA, and ROAS goals
- Prepare clear performance reports and insight-driven recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay up to date with new Google Ads features, beta programs, and best practices, sharing learnings with the team
