We are building campaigns that create cultural capital - not just commercial traction - and we're looking for a Copywriter to help bring our brand voice to life across every touchpoint.

You are a highly skilled writer with strong executional discipline and a sharp eye for detail. You understand how to translate brand voice and campaign direction into clear, compelling copy across channels.
You think practically and write with intention. You care about clarity, tone, and performance. You are fluent in the language of beauty, wellness, and culture - and you know how to adapt messaging to work across email, paid, web, and emerging platforms.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple workstreams while partnering closely with the Brand Storyteller, Creative team, Digital partners, and Product/Marketing teams.
What You'll Do
Campaign Execution & Channel Adaptation
- Translate campaign narratives and brand direction into channel-specific copy across email, SMS, paid media, website, and retail touchpoints.
- Ensure all messaging is clear, cohesive, and aligned with brand voice across deliverables.
- Adapt messaging for different formats, audiences, and performance channels while maintaining consistency.
Paid & Performance Copy
- Write and optimize email, SMS, and paid media copy (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), including headlines, primary text, and variations.
- Adapt messaging for platform-specific best practices while maintaining brand integrity.
- Balance storytelling, clarity, and conversion across all performance-driven channels.
Website & E-Commerce Content
- Write and maintain website content, including homepage, landing pages, PDP copy, and promotional messaging.
- Partner with the Brand Storyteller and Creative team to ensure narrative and visual storytelling are integrated seamlessly.
- Ensure all site copy is clear, accurate, and conversion-minded.
Product, Naming & Claims Support
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to develop product names, kit names, and promotional naming conventions.
- Support Marketing/New Product Development (NPD) with copywriting needs, including product descriptions and benefit-driven messaging.
- Assist in developing and refining product claims, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice and regulatory guidelines.
- Proofread and review packaging copy for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
Copy Quality, Systems & Brand Consistency
- Uphold and apply brand voice across all work.
- Help develop and evolve the Copy Style Guide, ensuring consistency across channels and teams.
- Maintain high standards for grammar, clarity, and tone.
- Self-edit and proofread to ensure all deliverables are polished and on-brand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Brand Storyteller, Creative, Digital, Product, and Marketing teams to execute campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between campaign storytelling and executional messaging across all channels.
- Support feedback loops and revisions to maintain quality and consistency.
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of copywriting experience (beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brand experience preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating executional work across email, paid media, web, and product/packaging copy.
- Experience with product naming, PDP writing, and/or packaging copy is a plus.
- Ability to write within and help evolve an emerging brand voice with consistency and precision.
- Experience with performance-driven copywriting and basic understanding of conversion principles.
- High attention to detail and strong self-editing and proofreading skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, Digital, and Product teams.
Compensation: Up to $90k bonus depending on experience.
