About the Role
KaraMGMT is expanding and looking for individuals who are deeply immersed in social media and possess a keen eye for identifying emerging creators before they gain widespread popularity.
If you spend significant time on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, understand content performance, and are eager to contribute to building creators and securing brand partnerships, this role offers a direct pathway into the creator economy.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with creators who show high potential.
- Cultivate relationships and recruit talent for KaraMGMT.
- Support the onboarding and development of your roster of talent.
- Assist in discovering and securing brand deal opportunities.
- Maintain awareness of current trends and new creators.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience on TikTok/Instagram with a strong understanding of content virality.
- Ability to recognize and scout promising creators early on.
- Comfort and skill in initiating outreach and conversations.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and consistency.
- Genuine interest in influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
(Prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory.)
Compensation
This is a performance-driven position with earnings directly linked to the creators you sign and the deals you facilitate. There is no earning cap.
