About the Role

At Kavak, we are building the operating system for post-AI Growth: an ecosystem of agents that decides, messages, activates, and measures every user interaction, from owned media to paid media. We are not adding AI to our stack as a reinforcement. We are putting it at the center, as a design principle.

We are looking for an AI Growth PM to co-build this with us. Someone who understands the universe of marketing; performance, CRM, SEO, GEO, paid social, and at the same time is familiar with and uses frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI, among others. Not to automate tasks, but to build products.

The role reports directly to the Growth Product Sr. Manager with Martech scope. It is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end roadmap ownership: you will define what we build, ensure its execution, and be responsible for achieving the KPIs.

It is a tech-savvy role: you don't write code daily, but you have AI tools that build for you, and you need to know what they do, why, and with what objective. We are looking for someone eager to propose, with energy, and adaptability to flexible environments. We are here to build. Build fast, deliver faster.

Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize the Growth Product roadmap, translating Growth strategy into concrete initiatives, with clear criteria for impact, complexity, and dependencies.
  • Ensure roadmap execution by working closely with AI Core, Engineering, Lifecycle, Online Acquisition, Brand, and Data, leading cross-functional initiatives without direct hierarchical relationship.
  • Own the achievement of KPIs associated with the roadmap: from leading indicators (Qualified Users, Returning Transactions, eCAC) to operational metrics of the Growth Agent (decision quality, channel efficiency, experimentation velocity).
  • Co-design growth agents and create the necessary skills for their operation, defining contracts, use cases, and success metrics.
  • Design a platform to operate the agents: monitor performance, correct prompts, define guardrails, run experiments, inspect decision traces, and translate findings into improvements.
  • Design and run always-on experiments on decisions, messages, and strategies, moving fast without sacrificing statistical rigor.
  • Use AI as a building muscle, not as a drafting assistant: prototype construction, architecture design, exploratory analysis, automations, and debugging, leveraging the latest available models to accelerate each part of the cycle.

Requirements

  • 2 years as a PM or PO in a vertical or product, with real roadmap and KPI ownership (not a coordination or PMO role).
  • AI enthusiast with real flight hours: not someone who "used ChatGPT," but someone who builds with AI; workflows, prompts, agents, integrations via MCP, prototypes, or if you have side projects with AI, it's a big plus.
  • Tech-savviness: read an API spec, understand what a script does, debug an event, converse with devs without a translator. Knowing how to write code is not a requirement.
  • Systems thinking: ability to see the complete system (data, decisions, activation, measurement) and not just the current feature.
  • Intermediate-high English: there is technical dialogue with global teams and documentation in English.
  • Hybrid modality: 2 days per week in Retiro (near 9 de julio & Santa Fe).

Desirables:

  • Knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem: experience operating or very close to Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/GEO, TikTok Ads, CRM, or Owned Media. You don't need to have executed campaigns, but you need to understand how they work, what inputs they need, and how they connect to the stack.
  • Familiarity with AI agent concepts: tool use, MCP, versioned prompts, evals, human-in-the-loop.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, fintech, or high-ticket categories with low recurrence.
