Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Aesthetics Device Sales Representative at KS Consulting. The role focuses on selling aesthetics devices and related solutions to Med Spas, clinics, and healthcare practices, with an emphasis on consultative, value-based selling.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and qualifying prospects.
  • Conducting virtual or on-site product demonstrations.
  • Managing a full sales cycle from outreach to close.
  • Nurturing relationships with decision-makers to understand their clinical and business needs.
  • Recommending device and growth solutions aligned with KS Consulting's systems.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Collaborating with marketing on campaigns and follow-up sequences.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in medical aesthetics, medical device, or healthcare sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including needs discovery, solution positioning, objection handling, and closing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify technical or clinical concepts for non-technical buyers.
  • High degree of self-motivation, accountability, and comfort working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to partner with internal teams on campaigns, funnels, and automation-driven follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling aesthetics devices (e.g., lasers, body contouring, RF, or injectable-adjacent technologies).
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as funnels and lead generation.
