Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director Of Recruiting to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation

$171,500 -- $248,200 annually

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the recruiting team with clear goals and feedback
  • Develop and align recruiting strategies with business needs
  • Advise senior leaders on hiring plans and interview processes
  • Manage recruiting KPIs and utilize data for continuous improvement
  • Enhance candidate experience and promote employer branding
  • Collaborate on workforce planning and headcount approvals
  • Report on recruiting performance and drive necessary changes

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience, mainly in tech and high-growth startups
  • 4+ years managing recruiters and/or recruiting teams
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Strong data analytics skills for interpreting recruiting metrics
  • Experience with structured hiring practices and decision-making frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills for managing senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools, comfortable with new technology
