Overview
Our client, a growing and well-established staffing agency, is seeking an experienced 360 Technology Recruiter to join their fully remote team.
MUST HAVE: Current 360 Technology Agency Staffing Experience: Business Development + Sourcing.
3+ years of Business Development Experience in Staffing is Required.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target industries requiring tech talent.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tech talent.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and other sourcing tools.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM/ATS.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly placement goals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of 360 agency recruiting experience required - Business Development is a Must.
- Proven experience placing technology roles.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote setting.
