Overview

Our client, a growing and well-established staffing agency, is seeking an experienced 360 Technology Recruiter to join their fully remote team.

MUST HAVE: Current 360 Technology Agency Staffing Experience: Business Development + Sourcing.

3+ years of Business Development Experience in Staffing is Required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target industries requiring tech talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tech talent.
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and other sourcing tools.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM/ATS.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly placement goals.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of 360 agency recruiting experience required - Business Development is a Must.
  • Proven experience placing technology roles.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote setting.
