Sales & Onboarding Administrator

Pay: $18--$22/hour

Hours: 30--40 per week

Schedule: Flexible (no holidays)

Overview

We're looking for a highly organized Sales & Onboarding Administrator to support new property onboarding and sales operations. This role helps move properties from signed agreement to live bookings while ensuring a smooth and professional owner experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with owner projections (data entry, comps, and reporting support)
  • Support onboarding of new properties from contract to go-live
  • Help manage permits, licenses, and compliance tracking
  • Prepare and track contracts (DocuSign)
  • Coordinate tasks, timelines, and communication across teams
  • Maintain accurate records across systems (Streamline, Breezeway, etc.)
  • Provide general administrative and sales support

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Clear and professional communication
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and systems
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through

Preferred

  • Real estate, STR, or property management experience
  • Experience with permits, contracts, or compliance
