Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Vice President of Sales. The Vice President of Sales will lead and oversee all aspects of sales operations, drive revenue growth, build and manage client relationships, and develop strategies to expand business opportunities. Responsibilities will include setting sales goals, managing a high-performing sales team, optimizing sales processes, and identifying opportunities to foster strategic partnerships. Regular collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong background in Account Management and cultivating long-term client relationships
  • Experience leading sales strategy, Sales Operations, and driving team performance
  • Exceptional Business Development skills including identifying opportunities and fostering partnerships
  • Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to sales strategies
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Familiarity with real estate or property management technology is advantageous
