Job description

Lennor Metier Consulting is partnering with a multinational tech company to hire a Power Platform Developer based in the Philippines.

Salary Range: Open

Work Setup: WFH

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Philippines

The Role

The candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and architecting all activities related to the development of Power Platform, including integration with existing applications and third-party solutions. This includes identifying and troubleshooting application issues, gathering requirements, building business cases, and estimating effort for enhancements.

Your Responsibilities

1. Solutions Design and Delivery

  • Communicate with clients to understand needs and recommend solutions.
  • Estimate costs and benefits of solutions, including future enhancements and impacts on performance and security.
  • Design, implement, and maintain solutions.
  • Ensure business requirements align with ITD's technical solutions, product roadmap, and architecture.
  • Track client feedback.
  • Lead delivery through Scaled Agile Framework, DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with development teams to create or improve solutions.
  • Review design issues and provide guidance on fixing defects.

2. Knowledge Management

  • Create documentation such as RDD, SDD, SLTO, or TSMP.
  • Maintain platform and technical documentation.

3. Continuous Improvement and Compliance

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements.
  • Analyze architectures to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Perform system security assessments to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure post-deployment services for at least 12 months.

What We're Looking For

Education, Work Experience, and Soft Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in Power Platform and SharePoint (architecture, development, maintenance, data management, migration).
  • Hands-on experience architecting solutions with customization, custom business logic, integration modules, and plug-ins.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage significant activities and resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Technical Knowledge

  • Proficiency in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, PowerBI, Power Pages), .NET, JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, ReactJS, FabricJS, jQuery), HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, JSON, and SQL.
  • Preferred: C# or Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Web Services, and CRM SDK.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability in solution or enterprise architecture.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
