We invest in your success from day one with our best-in-class remote training program, the New Colleague Training (NCT). This paid training is highly interactive and engaging.
During NCT, you'll receive support, coaching, and guidance from your Training Manager and colleagues. You'll connect daily in a virtual classroom environment that blends group instruction with opportunities for autonomous learning and growth.
Your well-being is our priority. After graduating from NCT, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid model, maintaining support from your Manager and team while working autonomously and safely from home.
What you'll be doing
As an Executive Recruiter, you'll join a dynamic team of Recruiters focused on both the Candidate and the Client experience. You'll manage both sides of the recruitment desk, helping your Clients and Candidates thrive!
The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. This role requires a sense of urgency, a focus on existing Clients, and the ability to identify new ones. You'll interview candidates, matching them with their dream organizations and careers.

About you
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.
- Team-player with a collaborative mindset.
- Technically savvy — interested in learning and implementing new technology.
- Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed.
- Driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
