We are looking for a self-directed professional based in the United States to assist with online marketing activity, applicant enquiries, and short introductory conversations.

This role may suit someone who communicates well, enjoys following a structured process, and has a genuine interest in leadership education, professional growth, and digital marketing.

Training, tools, and ongoing professional support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from interested applicants
• Conduct brief introductory phone conversations
• Provide clear information about our programs and process
• Use established digital tools and online marketing systems
• Follow a structured qualification process
• Participate in regular online training and development sessions
• Maintain professional communication by phone and email

• You are currently based in the United States
• You communicate clearly and professionally
• You are organised, reliable, and self-directed
• You are comfortable speaking with people by phone
• You have an interest in leadership education and online learning
• You are open to learning digital marketing processes
• You can commit approximately 15-20 flexible hours per week
• You are comfortable with performance-based pay
