About the Role
We are seeking a bright, organized, and tech-savvy professional to join our boutique legal recruiting firm. This is a long-term, generalist role with international candidates welcome. You will manage a variety of tasks, from administrative duties to candidate research using AI and LinkedIn. If you are comfortable with administrative work and enjoy the variety of research, this role could be a great fit.
What You'll Actually Do:
Admin/Operations (30-60%)
- Email management
- Database updates (Loxo, Trello)
- Invoicing
- Job postings
- Document management
- Tracking placements
- Improving systems and processes
Recruiting Research/Sourcing (40-70%)
- Identify attorney candidates and potential clients using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools
- Draft outreach emails
- Maintain candidate spreadsheets

- Compensation: $1,500-$3,000/month, commensurate with experience

Requirements:
- Several years of professional work experience in roles involving detailed, repetitive work (e.g., admin, operations, executive assistant, project coordination, customer service) and research/sourcing, or a strong interest in it.
- College or advanced degree preferred; a science or technical background is ideal.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to carefully review documents and self-verify work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tech tools and platforms.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Comfort with routine administrative tasks as a core component of the role.
- Consistent availability, ideally around 40 hours/week.
