Our client is a boutique executive search firm specializing in Go-to-Market leadership hiring for venture-backed startups and high-growth technology companies.
Due to continued demand, they are expanding their team with experienced Executive Recruiters to join as GTM Principal level recruiter. A high-autonomy, partner-level opportunity focused on delivering exceptional executive search services to some of the fastest-growing companies in the market.
Unlike many search firms, this opportunity comes with an established client base and warm, active search work already in motion. You'll step into an environment where relationships have already been built, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional searches while continuing to grow your own book of business over time.
What You'll Do
- Lead executive searches across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and broader GTM leadership.
- Partner directly with founders, CEOs, and investors to define hiring strategies for critical leadership roles.
- Manage existing client relationships while expanding strategic partnerships across the venture ecosystem.
- Own searches from kickoff through placement, delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
What They're Looking For
The ideal candidate has a proven history of recruiting executive talent within high-growth technology companies and understands the pace and expectations of venture-backed businesses.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience placing Director, VP, and C-level GTM leaders.
- A successful track record supporting venture-backed startups, founder-led companies, or growth-stage technology businesses.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help grow a boutique executive search practice.
- Recruiters with experience supporting VC-backed startups, private equity portfolios, or boutique executive search firms are especially encouraged to apply.
Compensation
- On-target earnings of $300,000--$600,000+ annually
- Uncapped earning potential with no ceiling on success
- Existing warm business and active client demand from day one
