About the Role
Our client is looking for an Operations and Recruiting Coordinator to own the day-to-day candidate experience and help scale their next generation of appraisal talent. You'll manage the full coordination workflow --- from application through onboarding --- working closely with the Director of People to keep hiring moving smoothly through two major hiring waves each year.

You'll lead recruiting for the Associate Appraiser Program, building early-career pipelines and helping launch each new associate class, while also partnering with hiring managers on broader recruiting needs as they arise.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting coordination across a range of roles, starting mainly with Associate Appraisers, with room to grow into more
- Build sourcing strategies and pipelines during peak season through outreach, referrals, and market research via LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and other job boards
- Schedule first-round and multi-stage panel interviews, send case study assessments through the ATS, track scoring completion, and keep candidates engaged every step of the way
- Support new hires through onboarding --- equipment, paperwork, and all the details that make the transition smooth
- Take on HR and process improvement projects between hiring cycles
- Stay flexible, pitching in wherever the team needs support
Qualifications
Required
- 3 years in a recruiting coordinator, recruiting operations, or similar candidate-facing role in a high-growth, startup, or fast-paced environment; commercial real estate experience a plus
- Track record of managing a candidate pipeline independently with minimal oversight
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
- Success sourcing passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, job boards, networking, and referrals; ATS proficiency, Rippling a plus
- Experience recruiting at high volume across multiple functions and levels; strong assessment, interviewing, and relationship-building skills; creative sourcing instincts and ability to build pipelines from scratch
Preferred
- Exposure to HR operations or onboarding coordination
- Prior remote experience with a U.S.-based company
- Familiarity with AI-assisted recruiting tools
Contract Details
- Hours: ~15-20 per week
- Duration: 6 months, strong potential for extension
