Communications Program Manager

Location: Remote Type: Contract

What's the Job?

  • Design and execute end‑to‑end communications strategies supporting CSCP business and transformation initiatives
  • Develop executive‑ready content including presentations, leadership updates, newsletters, and organizational communications
  • Translate complex technical and transformation topics into clear, compelling, and business‑friendly messaging
  • Manage recurring communication programs such as monthly transformation updates, newsletters, and knowledge‑sharing sessions
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to coordinate timelines, gather inputs, and ensure consistent messaging

What's Needed?

  • 10 years of experience in executive communications supporting senior leaders
  • 10 years of experience in program or communications management
  • High proficiency in M365 tools including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot
  • Strong presentation design, content development, and storytelling capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience preferred
