Do you have a proven ability to sell luxury services? This is an ideal position for a person with measurable, provable experience in sales of matchmaking services or similar high-end services such as plastic surgery, health and wellness coaching, travel, high-end real estate, etc.
Applicants must have 15 years of work experience and at least 5 years of experience in a sales capacity. Ideal applicants are self-motivated, energetic, and possess strong social and communication skills.
Our Expectations
- We will give you opportunities that we receive from potential clients who register through our website, call our office, or contact us by email or chat.
- You will be responsible for nurturing your opportunities and tracking your progress through our proprietary Client Relationship Management (CRM) solution which integrates with DocuSign, RingCentral, Calendly, etc for organizing and managing unified prospects, contracts, communications, and sales.
- Once you reach a prospective client, either by text, email, phone or a FaceTime/Zoom, you will evaluate them to determine if they are a good prospect for our service, explain how our service works, go over pricing and service options, and then create a DocuSign agreement for them to sign and pay through if they wish to become a client.
- You will be expected to reach out to your prospects often. Through regular, personal and consistent contact you will be expected to constantly nurture and support the prospect until the point of purchase or passing.
- We'd expect a 40% or higher close rate.
Compensation is High, but Commission only
- You will 15% commission on total monthly sales less than $20,000/month. Once your monthly sales volume exceeds $20,000 you will 20% commission on total your monthly sales.
- We will provide no less than 40 pre-qualified leads per month of individuals who should be sold packages for at least $3,500. If you excel you will receive much more leads.
- If you meet our base level expectations of 40% close rate on 40 leads, even at the lowest purchase price that would amount to $56,000 in monthly sales volume and $11,200 in take home commissions. On an annualized basis this is almost $135,000/year.
