Job Summary

Maximus is seeking dedicated Enrollment and Eligibility Team Leaders to join the Missouri Surge Support Project. This is a remote position, ideal for candidates with prior Arkansas Eligibility Support (AR ES) experience. You will support Supervisors by addressing system issues, coaching Enrollment Specialists, monitoring quality control, handling inquiries, pulling reports, and tracking attendance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Support & Development: Oversee staff performance, provide input to supervisors, conduct training, and evaluate performance.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and maintenance of team processes and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Build and maintain effective cross-departmental relationships.
  • Communication: Facilitate team meetings and manage difficult communications with external escalated contacts.
  • Knowledge Management: Ensure staff are up-to-date on program knowledge and draft/revise training materials.
  • Operational Oversight: Provide supervisors with updates on quality, training, policies, procedures, staff issues, case determinations, and appeals.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the go-to for verifying and researching documentation.
  • Task Management: Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and act as a subject matter expert.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks on team members' work.
  • System Troubleshooting: Resolve system issues for Maximus and Department of Social Services systems.
  • Inquiry Management: Respond to inquiries via Microsoft Teams.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required, with 6 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years of Arkansas Eligibility Support (AR ES) program experience.
  • Must be available to work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST, Monday - Friday.
  • Must currently reside in the Continental US.

Home Office Requirements

  • Computer: Desktop or Laptop running Windows, Mac, or Linux (no Chromebooks or tablets).
    • Windows: Current release of Windows 10 or newer.
    • Mac: Big Sur (11.0.1+) or MacOS (10.14) or newer.
    • Linux: Ubuntu (18.04).
  • Internet: Wi-Fi or RJ-45 connection (no mobile hotspots) with speeds of 25mbps or higher.
  • Headset: USB plug and play wired headset with a microphone (no Bluetooth, AirPods, or wireless gaming headsets).

Compensation

  • Minimum Salary: $19
  • Maximum Salary: $23
