Part-Time Remote Payroll & Bookkeeping Contractor -- $20--$25/hr
Small growing company in Idaho is hiring a part-time contractor (10--20 hours/week) to handle our core operations. Fully remote, U.S. only. Great opportunity to grow into full-time.
What you'll do:
- Process payroll using Paylocity, QuickBooks, and similar platforms
- Handle bookkeeping for clients
- Create and send client invoices (mostly recurring in QuickBooks)
- Form new LLCs when clients need them
- Monitor the company email inbox and respond to clients
- Onboard new clients, explain pricing, and help close leads
- Send a short weekly report and join a quick weekly meeting with the owner
Pay:
$20--$25 per hour (1099 independent contractor)
What we need:
- Experience with payroll processing and QuickBooks
- Comfortable forming LLCs and handling client paperwork
- Good communicator who can manage emails and client questions
You will be required to sign an NDA and Non-Solicitation Agreement before starting.
