About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Commercial Training Coordinator to support our learning and development efforts within commercial teams. This is a junior-level, fractional role perfect for someone experienced in administrative support who is ready to grow into a project management or learning coordinator function. The role is fully remote with flexible part-time hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary LMS (Learning Management System) Administrator, managing user access, course assignments, and system maintenance.
- Coordinate and manage all training logistics including scheduling, calendar management, training session setup, and communication with participants.
- Assist in planning and organizing commercial training programs and initiatives.
- Support project management activities related to commercial learning projects to ensure timely delivery and completion.
- Act as a key point of contact for training-related inquiries and provide administrative support to the commercial training team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth training delivery and execution.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or learning and development coordination, ideally within a commercial or sales training environment.
- Experience with LMS administration or a strong aptitude to quickly learn technology platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable supporting multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
