Position: Operations Associate (File Monitoring & Processing)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $28/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 8--10 hours/day

Role Responsibilities

Monitor a designated internal system for newly uploaded attachments throughout the day.
Download and organize files into the appropriate folders within a shared Dropbox environment.
Verify that files have been transferred correctly and are accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate file organization and naming conventions.
Escalate missing files, upload issues, or process exceptions when necessary.
Follow documented workflows and operational procedures with high accuracy.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working with cloud storage platforms such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive.
Ability to perform repetitive operational tasks accurately and consistently.
Reliable internet connection and availability for extended daily coverage.
Strong written communication skills.

Preferred

Prior operations, administrative, data processing, or back-office experience.
