Job Description
Must Have
- Must be a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Must possess at least 1 year of experience setting, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow instances.
- Must be proficient in deployment, validation, and operationalization of custom apps on the NOW platform (at least 1 year of proven experience).
- Must be able to configure and customize ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
- At least 1 year of app development experience.
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
