Job Description
The client is seeking a part-time Content Manager to provide immediate support to the web team, managing an influx of campaigns and page builds within a templated CMS environment.
Job Summary
- Build and structure web pages from scratch or by rebuilding existing pages using provided copy and imagery, following established best practices.
- Manage day-to-day website updates, including page edits, iterations, and content refreshes in support of ongoing product launches and campaigns.
- Perform keyword research and apply SEO best practices to page content, including meta titles, descriptions, URLs, and copy optimization.
- Collaborate with team members via Asana for task and project management, turning deliverables around within a day or two as needed.
- Maintain and organize the media library, including resizing, reformatting, and uploading image assets to proper web specifications.
- Support campaign and landing page development tied to product launches, paid media, category pages, and downloadable content.
- Execute light copy editing and rewrites using the organization's translation and content tools within the CMS.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in website content management and page building.
- Hands-on experience working within Kentico CMS (v13 preferred) for page development and site management.
- Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools.
- Demonstrated experience managing a media library, including image resizing, reformatting (e.g., Photoshop), and uploading assets following web best practices.
- Basic SEO knowledge, including keyword research, meta data, URL structure, and writing copy for search optimization.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, part-time capacity (15-20 hours per week) with quick turnaround times.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Pardot.
- Light front-end or back-end development exposure.
- Familiarity with SEMrush or similar SEO tools.
- Background in the fitness, hospitality, or multi-unit housing industries.
