Job Description

Seeking a Corporate Social Media Consultant to support day-to-day execution of B2B corporate social media operations, with a primary focus on LinkedIn publishing, scheduling, engagement, and social content coordination within an enterprise marketing organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the corporate social media content calendar.
  • Schedule and publish organic social content across LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with brand, product marketing, events, and communications teams.
  • Monitor engagement, comments, mentions, and trending conversations.
  • Assist with reporting, analytics, and campaign tracking.
  • Support event-related social coverage, including live posting and content capture onsite.
  • Utilize tools such as Sprout Social, Airtable, Canva, Teams, and LinkedIn native tools.
  • Draft and refine social copy aligned with brand standards and messaging guidelines.
  • Support employee advocacy and internal social sharing initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3 years of experience supporting B2B social media programs.
  • Strong experience managing LinkedIn-focused corporate social campaigns.
  • Experience scheduling, publishing, and maintaining social content calendars.
  • Background working in enterprise or matrixed marketing organizations.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Experience supporting event-related social media coverage.
  • Portfolio showcasing B2B social copy and LinkedIn campaign examples.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within B2B tech or media organizations.
  • Familiarity with Airtable workflows.
  • Canva experience for templated social asset creation.
  • Experience with employee advocacy or community engagement programs.
  • Experience supporting reporting and social analytics initiatives.
