Morgan Mace is in the Market for an Elite Direct-Response Quiz Copywriter

We're looking for a top-tier direct-response Quiz copywriter to solve one high-leverage, high-stakes challenge: dramatically improving the start rate of a cold-traffic digital quiz funnels in the sports coaching space.

Our client's quizzes perform well once someone begins, but too many qualified viewers drop off at the very first screen. Your mission is to build high-converting "doors" --- powerful headlines, openings, and segment-specific angles --- that get cold traffic to start the quizzes and enter the funnels.

What you'll own

• Creating and testing multiple start-page concepts tailored to different golfer segments (distance, scoring, slice fix, etc.)
• Writing authentic, voice-of-customer copy that speaks directly to women golfers, younger players, seniors, and core enthusiasts
• Ensuring perfect ad-to-page message match and full congruence with the offer
• Rapid iteration and testing in a fast-moving environment

You are a proven operator who

• Has a track record of improving quiz/lead-gen start rates or cold-traffic conversions with measurable results
• Excels at research-driven copy (digging into avatar language, pain points, and stories)
• Can write convincingly across different audience segments
• Works with high autonomy --- you take ownership and run with concepts without needing heavy oversight
• Understands direct-response fundamentals on cold traffic

Sport market experience like Golf, Cricket, baseball, is a big plus but not required --- the ability to quickly get inside the potential customer's head is essential.
