Lifecycle Manager | Confidential | High-Growth DTC Brand | Fully Remote
Morgan Mace are partnering with a fast-growing, digitally native health & wellness brand to hire a Lifecycle Manager who will take full ownership of customer retention, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing strategy.
This is a high-impact role sitting within the growth function, responsible for driving LTV, retention, subscriptions, and customer engagement across the entire lifecycle.
You'll lead lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, loyalty, subscriptions, and post-purchase journeys, while working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and data teams to unlock meaningful revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, loyalty, and subscriptions
- Build and optimize automated flows (onboarding, replenishment, winback, upsell)
- Drive retention, reduce churn, and improve customer lifetime value
- Launch and manage a loyalty & rewards program
- Develop and scale product review acquisition strategies
- Analyze cohort data, retention curves, and lifecycle performance
- Partner cross-functionally with growth, BI, product, and CX teams
What We're Looking For
- 3--5 years in lifecycle marketing within a DTC/eCommerce brand
- Strong experience with email/SMS platforms (e.g. Klaviyo)
- Proven track record improving retention, LTV, and subscriptions
- Experience with loyalty/rewards and review platforms (e.g. Yotpo, Okendo)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and testing experience
- Ability to translate insights into clear, revenue-driving actions
💡 Experience in health, wellness, beauty, or subscription-based businesses is highly preferred
💻 Fully remote
💰 Contract role (competitive day rate / monthly retainer)
