Role Overview

Our Social Media Virtual Assistants manage multiple clients concurrently, offering a flexible, dynamic, and engaging work experience.

Key Features:

  • Flexible Schedule: Availability during business hours is essential for client communication.
  • Rate: $20 per hour

Responsibilities

In this role, you will empower businesses to enhance their social media presence through strategic design and marketing. Your duties will include:

  • Executing social media strategies.
  • Crafting on-brand content.
  • Analyzing performance metrics.
  • Managing social media campaigns and ensuring timely execution.
  • Designing engaging graphics and videos.
  • Researching relevant hashtags.
  • Writing compelling captions in the client's brand voice.
  • Scheduling posts across various platforms.
  • Interpreting analytics to identify successful tactics.
  • Providing clients with guidance to improve engagement and optimize their social media efforts.

Required Professional Experience:

  • 2-5+ years of professional experience in a Social Media focused role (e.g., Social Media Coordinator, Marketing Director, Brand/Digital Content Manager).
  • Commitment to a minimum of 20 business hours per week.
  • A professional remote work environment suitable for client interactions.
  • Proficiency with design and content creation tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, CapCut/Inshot.
  • Experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, Planoly, Loomly, HeyOrca, CoSchedule, SocialPilot, or Tailwind.
  • Additional experience in copywriting, email marketing, audio editing, or video editing is advantageous.

Required Soft Skills:

  • Proactive and Tenacious: Adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple client tasks effectively.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong command of grammar and a keen eye for detail.
  • Organized and Resourceful: Ability to independently tackle new tasks and troubleshoot client issues using available tools.
