The Opportunity
We are seeking elite closers to join our virtual consulting team. This role is designed for professionals who excel at high level negotiation and securing firm commitments. You will act as a specialist helping homeowners capture state and federal energy efficiency rebates to improve their properties.
There is zero cold calling. You will work exclusively with high intent homeowners who have been pre qualified for specific incentive programs.
Position Structure
- Location: Fully remote.
- Schedule: Standard full time availability.
- Compensation: Performance based with an uncapped commission structure.
- Monthly OTE: $8,000, $15,000.
- Onboarding Guarantee: A minimum pay of $4,000 is provided for the completion of your first month to ensure a smooth transition as you ramp up.
- Lead Flow: Continuous access to a consistent pipeline of warm, vetted prospects.
Primary Responsibilities
- Project Enrollment: Lead virtual consultations to secure project signatures and formal enrollment in energy programs.
- Consultative Closing: Navigate homeowner concerns and technical questions to move projects from interest to approval.
- Financial Strategy: Articulate how government and utility rebates eliminate financial barriers, making the upgrade a clear logical choice for the client.
- Portfolio Management: Efficiently manage a consistent volume of pre qualified leads to maintain a high conversion ratio.
Experience Requirements
- Documented Closing Success: A proven history of finalized contracts in home improvement, renewable energy, or high ticket consulting.
- Sophisticated Objection Handling: The ability to navigate complex concerns and provide solutions that lead to a signed agreement.
- Digital Communication: Proficiency in building authority and rapport via video and phone.
- Integrity Driven Approach: Maintaining high professional standards while consistently meeting enrollment targets.

Pay: $64,800.00 - $120,000.00 per year
