🏡 Remote | 1099 Commission | Senior Living Industry

Are you a well-connected senior living professional in the Texas and/or Florida markets? National Senior Care Registry is growing --- and we're looking for driven, self-motivated sales professionals to help us expand our community of senior living operators.

We're live in Texas and launching Florida early June. If you have relationships in either market, now is the time to get in early.

This is a 100% remote, 1099 commission role with uncapped earning potential, residual monthly income, and the freedom to work from wherever you do your best work.

What you'll be selling

NSCR is not just a directory --- it's a complete sales operating system for senior living communities. Our Featured Provider members receive a professionally developed toolkit valued at $10,000+, including discovery call guides, move-in checklists, referral partner flashcards, tour follow-up forms, and more designed and created by a proven top producer in the industry.

This is an easy, high-value sell to operators who already understand the cost of an empty bed and unnecessarily high referral fees.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in senior living sales, business development, or operations
  • Existing relationships with AL, MC, IL, or SNF operators in Texas or Florida
  • Proven track record of closing and retaining accounts
  • Self-starter who thrives in start-up environments --- without someone looking over your shoulder
  • Comfortable with virtual presentations and remote demos
