Role Overview
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Manhattan WMS solutions (Active WM, WMOS, SCALE), warehouse and supply chain operations, and end-to-end QA lifecycle management. You will lead testing activities for Manhattan Associates WMS implementations and support initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QA activities for Manhattan WMS implementations, enhancements, and production support.
- Develop QA strategy, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and traceability matrices.
- Perform and oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, Functional Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate WMS configurations, including inbound/outbound workflows, inventory management, wave planning, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and cycle count processes.
- Coordinate testing of integrations between Manhattan WMS and external systems (ERP, OMS, TMS, Automation, etc.).
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Operations teams to ensure complete test coverage.
- Manage defect tracking, triage, and resolution using tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
- Perform data validation and backend testing using SQL queries.
- Support SIT/UAT planning, execution, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities.
- Mentor and guide QA team members (onshore/offshore).
- Prepare status reports, defect metrics, and test summary reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.
- Participate in release planning, risk assessment, and quality governance.
