Role Overview

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Manhattan WMS solutions (Active WM, WMOS, SCALE), warehouse and supply chain operations, and end-to-end QA lifecycle management. You will lead testing activities for Manhattan Associates WMS implementations and support initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities for Manhattan WMS implementations, enhancements, and production support.
• Develop QA strategy, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Perform and oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, Functional Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate WMS configurations, including inbound/outbound workflows, inventory management, wave planning, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and cycle count processes.
• Coordinate testing of integrations between Manhattan WMS and external systems (ERP, OMS, TMS, Automation, etc.).
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Operations teams to ensure complete test coverage.
• Manage defect tracking, triage, and resolution using tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
• Perform data validation and backend testing using SQL queries.
• Support SIT/UAT planning, execution, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities.
• Mentor and guide QA team members (onshore/offshore).
• Prepare status reports, defect metrics, and test summary reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.
• Participate in release planning, risk assessment, and quality governance.
